Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return

All products sold through our website are non-returnable. Once an order has been delivered, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are requested to check product details, size, quantity, and order information carefully before placing the order.

Cancellation

Orders once placed through our website cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Since orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been placed.

Refund

Refunds are not applicable for successfully delivered orders.

A refund will only be considered in cases where the company is unable to process or dispatch the order, or if a refund is approved by FOVERA ORTHODESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product being delivered.


Warranty
Warranty Detail:

FOVERA pillows and cushions are covered with 2 years warranty in case of the following manufacturing defects.

  • The foam/gel gets compressed more than 1 inch over the warranty period
  • The foam/gel gets deformed and loses its shape over the warranty period

Warranty not applicable to:

  • Regular wear and tear of cover and foam
  • Any damages to the product occurs while opening and handling

Do retain the invoice and brand tags to avail of the warranty.
